Why does the new cantilever scaffold replace the traditional through wall technique?

The new type of cantilever scaffold refers to a segmented external scaffold that is supported at the bottom of its pole on the cantilever beam (or cantilever truss) of a building or structure, and erected along the outer side of the structure through tension rods.

It does not occupy ground space and is suitable for vertical construction scenarios such as dams and high-rise buildings where the lower part cannot be landed or requires segmented turnover.
