1 The purpose of preparation is to standardize the supervision and control of the entire process of scaffolding construction, use, maintenance, and dismantling in this project, implement safety management requirements for high-risk sub projects, effectively prevent production safety accidents such as scaffolding collapse and falling from heights, clarify the supervision workflow, control points, acceptance standards, and disposal measures, and achieve controllable quality and safety of scaffolding engineering.
