At around 10:30 am on November 2, 2024, the scaffolding on the exterior wall of Xingyuan Building in the southern district of Qingdao suddenly collapsed, and some cars parked on the roadside at the intersection of Yan’er Island Road and Donghai Road were smashed, causing chaos on the scene.
