Structural composition and design principles of buckle type scaffolding

The overall structure of a buckle type scaffold consists of three basic components: uprights (load-bearing core), crossbars (horizontal connections), and diagonal braces (stability assurance), as well as circular node connectors.

Circular nodes are set at equal intervals along the height direction of the upright pole, and the horizontal and diagonal poles are connected to the circular holes through end plugs, forming a three-dimensional mesh structure.

This modular design allows the frame to be flexibly combined into support systems of different spans and heights according to engineering requirements, suitable for various scenarios such as building structure construction, bridge engineering, and large-scale equipment installation.
