The Notice of Hebei Provincial Department of Housing and Urban Rural Development on Promoting the Use of Socket type Pan buckle Steel Pipe Scaffolding and Prohibiting the Use of Wheel buckle Steel Pipe Scaffolding clarifies that from July 1, 2025, the use of wheel buckle scaffolding is prohibited in all municipal engineering projects under construction.
