After the completion of the project, it will become the first long bridge in East Malaysia, connecting with the existing pan Borneo Avenue, which is of great significance to improve the development level of regional transportation infrastructure, facilitate the exchange of personnel and materials, improve the regional transportation pattern, and promote regional integration and economic development

The total length of the bridge is 4844m, which is composed of 1197.6m south approach bridge + 598.8m main channel bridge + 3047.6m North approach bridge

The project will be officially started on January 7, 2020, with a construction period of 48 months

The approach bridges on both sides are 50m span continuous girder bridges with 16.3m deck width

During the inspection, the general leader of the owner reported the current construction safety, quality and progress of the project to the vice minister
